We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, situated on the slopes of Mount Hermon halfway up the mountain, was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we were in a quaint Swiss or Austrian village. The hotel itself is built on a hill, offering magnificent views from our cozy cottage. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, which provided a peaceful spot to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with directions and even helping us make a reservation for a local tour. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast provided each morning.

Although our stay was mostly positive, we did find that the service fell a bit short of our expectations. While the food was decent, the service itself was not up to par.

The hot Jacuzzi and warmed swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The location, surrounded by nature and close to the Banias and ski slopes, was ideal. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the breathtaking Golan Heights. The hotel's location on the slopes of Mount Hermon provided stunning views and a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our group, even opening the breakfast buffet earlier for us. The rooms, particularly the updated bathrooms, were a pleasant surprise and offered great value for the price. The indoor pool was fantastic, offering a refreshing swim even on hot days.

There was not enough space for a baby crib on the top level of the rooms.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at a hotel up north, it had an incredible view of mountain range and was surrounded by beautiful vegetation. the breakfast was so rich and filling, absolutely loved it! Not to mention we were very happy to be offered complimentary beverages upon arrival in the lobby, and a late check-out was granted to us upon request. the location was key for us, as it was close to the nature reserves we planned to hike at.

The rooms were quite cramped and outdated. the tiny fridge didn't work too well and the shower/head water pressure left much to be desired.
